2. Description of Service

Alpha Trader Daily provides market data dashboards, stock screening tools, AI-generated market analysis, watchlist tracking, and email newsletters. The Service is offered in free and paid tiers with varying feature access.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided by Alpha Trader Daily is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should not make any investment decisions based solely on the information provided by our Service. Always do your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Past performance of any stock, sector, or strategy does not guarantee future results. Trading stocks involves risk, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Alpha Trader Daily cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund consideration.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data or proprietary content
• Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Data Accuracy

Market data is provided by third-party sources including Polygon.io. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Real-time data may be delayed. You should verify any information before making trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Alpha Trader Daily and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Trader Daily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
