Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our service.

Assistant conversations: messages you send to the in-dashboard assistant (“Dex”) and its replies are stored with your account so the conversation can be shown to you again and to improve the assistant. They are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. You can delete them from Settings at any time.

Voice calls with the assistant (Pro): with your permission, your microphone audio is sent to our voice service provider to be converted to text, and the assistant's replies are converted to speech. The written transcript of a call is stored with your account in the same way as a chat conversation and can be deleted from Settings. The audio is not recorded or retained by us, and the voice service is configured not to keep call audio or transcripts once the call has been processed. We also keep a count of the minutes you talk each month to apply your plan's talk-time allowance.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Clerk for authentication and user management
• Stripe for payment processing (we never store your credit card details)
• Supabase for database hosting
• Vercel for website hosting and aggregate, cookie-free analytics
• Railway for hosting our application servers
• Upstash for short-lived caching of account and market data
• Resend for sending newsletters and account emails
• Polygon.io for market data
• Anthropic for generating the assistant's replies: the messages you send the assistant, the market data it looks up for you and the name of the page you are on are sent to Anthropic's API to produce a reply; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models
• ElevenLabs for voice calls with the assistant: converts your speech to text and the assistant's replies to speech; configured to keep no call audio or transcripts

Every newsletter we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can choose which newsletters you receive at any time from your Settings page. We still send emails about your account or billing when needed.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data. We encourage you to review their policies.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication tokens, and restricted database access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form and cannot be used to identify individual users.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
